Founder and Director Neil McLaughlan is a Building Surveying graduate from Robert Gordon University and a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP).
With more than 30 years' of specialist recruitment experience across the Construction, Property, and M&E sectors, Neil has developed a strong reputation for delivering successful outcomes through market knowledge, professionalism, and long-term relationship building.
His interests are family, friends, travel, rugby, music, tennis and athletics.
