We will always provide clear and timely information and feedback to our clients and candidates both prior to and post any interviews taking place which assists in determining the suitability of the person or opportunity available.

Where logistically possible we will screen candidates via a face to face interview and will present them to clients with a clear summary of their ability, reasons for moving and financial aspirations.

We can and do provide clients with regular advice on the market availability of particular skill-sets, prevailing salary trends and the most effective recruitment solution based on the nature of the role to be filled.

We obtain most of our candidates via referral and recommendation and although we have a pro-active approach to candidate attraction we undertake never to approach individuals from clients we do business with.
